At what point do you know you pumped your Titan to full capacity?

Some have told me to pump until the pump bulb is rock hard and too rigid and resistance to more squeezing.

Others here have stated they pump until the bulb goes flat and stays flat.

Seems to me both could be right. One case is the reservoir goes empty, the other case the tubes get full.

Rock hard just means you are not strong enough to squeeze more. You aren't done until the bulb flattens. And even then you are only out of fluid, not necessarily full capacity.

I suppose this sounds like a contradiction... hypothetically, you are never done until the implant explodes. The point is there is no exact point where it's "full". All of these implants expand relative to their internal pressure and it's just a law of diminishing returns that dictates we stop adding fluid (and of course our strength limitation).

Regardless, in a perfect world i.e. in a simulation, you could just keep cycling and adding fluid or upsizing implants until you reached whatever size you wanted. There is no exact maximum size.

Well said Edjohn. I ran out of fluid around one year of cycling twice daily. At this point I was max for my current set up. Many surgeons are putting in xtra fluid so this don’t happen. Max should be when you can no longer press the pump anymore because it’s hard as a rock. Early on this can be followed up by Perito exercises and then gradually add a little pump or two as things stretch out. At some point either you reach the max size of the implanted cylinders or the limit of your tunica. And as edjohn said even these can be gradually stretched but takes a LOT of time and work.
