You’re experience with AMS700 CX

Implanted 6/16. Day 1 and feeling really good except for light burn feeling from catheter. Dr Eid definitely wanted to go with Titan but i read so many stories of painful dog ears, crinkles and very noticeable bulge. I got the Ams700 CX 18cm + 2.5/3.5 rte. Dr said the 18cm is more rigid than 21cm. I also have a 30 degree curve which he said should go away with aggressive cycling. Anyone here have similar situation and your experience? Hard erection not an issue? Curvature fixed? ED for 20 years and too many to count painful trimix injections, so far I am so happy i did this and to join the bionic brotherhood.

I had surgery with Dr Eid as well (Titan). Ice was the thing that soothed the discomfort by most effectively.

Hey Goodwood. I read your journal twice. Great story. Ive been using frozen peas 30 minutes on&off and so far this is definitely best case pain situation. I guess i should be okay until I try cycling Friday

Welcome to the brotherhood Amerauto . It sounds like Dr Eid took a lot of care to address your Peyronie's curve.
Yes, that strategy of shorter cylinder length with a more rigid implant makes sense to me for that purpose.
I actually have a curve post implant related to Trimix/fibrosis being but I have an LGX, which is less rigid but still gets really hard.
Curve being addressed with self physio/shaping but it it isn't a showstopper and has some advantages for PIV sex.
Make sure you follow surgeon's cycling and other instructions to get the best outcome possible.
