Has anyone had Coloplast's new Prime prosthesis implanted?

Was told by Clavell yesterday that it has been slightly delayed and will be implanted by select surgeons starting in a month or so. Obviously he will be among the select. I’ll be getting one in September.

Got another infection, laying in hospital bed now about to go home in a couple hours. Did a complete removal yesterday.Limp dick!. 3 months to heal up then back with new prime. Dr suggested lots of VED use to prevent scar tissue buildup. Says shouldn’t loose any length, keep it around 3-4 months to heal with nothing then back hopefully in late September for new prime IPP

Oh crap man. I'm very sorry to hear about it. Tough situation but keep up your high spirits. Keeping fingers crossed that everything will turn out well. Silver lining would be that you will get the new Prime.

Good luck Rider! This sucks. Just out of curiosity, have you considered another brand? Apparently one thing that AMS has over Coloplast is infection control.
