Coloplast Titan Scheduled. Anyone care to share or direct me to photos? Flaccid - Dog Ears

Just looking for a few guys to discuss and see if it has a "natural look" - especially flaccid.

We're nudists and although one doctor recommended the AMS to be more natural looking, I decided on the Titan after a second consultation. I'm also at the gym a lot in the shower - sauna or steam room.

Once you start cycling you’ll figure out just how to leave enough in it to avoid dog ears while exposed without looking like you have a boner. It’s a fine line but easy enough to figure out. At first it’s more of a challenge as the cylinders are pretty firm but as they break in you can get more natural looking hang and still leave enough fluid to avoid the dog ears. Good choice on the Titan though. It’s the hardest one out there!! I have 4-1/2 years experience with mine so pretty much know.

I kept a journal post of my Coloplast Titan implant experience (24cm Titan with a classic pump). I included pics and measurements. The link is in my signature below.

For the first few months the “flaccid” will look like a plumped up (almost semi erect) penis. But after it softens up and everything settles in it looks like a large flaccid penis.

I never had painful dogears. When I am completely deflated my cylinders are partially flattened out. Not round. If someone were to feel my penis in that state it feels a bit unnatural to them. But with just one or two pumps in it the cylinders become round again but don’t create an erection at that level of inflation.
