A few questions about implants.
1. After the implant , is the penis still as sensitive and are the orgasms good?
2. Can you still get normal erections from Trimix, Meds without using the implant?
3. Do the implants come in different sizes? Im small when flaccid. Will that affect the outcome?
4. I heard that the implants sometimes shows when wearing slacks or swim trunks because it makes the flaccid penis look bigger.
How hard does the erection get? As hard as a normal one?

Re: implant questions
Shipper,
1) Yes ... Implant surgery itself does not cause sensation loss or affect the climax.
2) NO!!!!! ... you can not use needles ... the Implant cylinders are placed right where you inject.
3) Yes the cylinders come in different sizes ... The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.
4) Depends on the "angle-of-the-dangle" ... most guys do not have visible issues ...
5) Oh yeah! ... I can hang a bath towel on mine ... it's plenty hard.
I would suggest going to YouTube and viewing "penile implants" to get a better understanding ...

I agree with Bionic on questions 1-2.
I will add some to his other answers.
3. I still use viaga and cialis to help add a little more to the erection, depending on your DR.s proceedure, you may still have some erectile tissue, especially in the head of the penis. After my implant, the head of my penis was usually flaccid. When I started using the pills the head started to become engored and it does more often now with just stimulation.
4. Before implant I was a grower not a shower, just being maybe 3 in. long when flaccid. Now having an implant I am never less than 5 1/2 in. when flaccid. So, yes there is a difference, if you were a grower you are now going to be a shower. Yes it does take up more room in your pants. Only someone who knows that you have had an implant may notice a difference, others will not look at your crotch and know that you have an implant. Remember the Seinfeld show of George coming out of the cold water and declaring his dimunitive penis size was from shinkage? Well you will now be immune to that.
The last question you asked about hardness. That depends on you. If you want to pump the implant to it's fullest potential, it will be harder than most any erection that you have ever had. I mean absolutely really stiff. My wife sometimes asks me to let it down a little as she feels like there is no flexiblity to it.
Now for a piece of advice, pump it up to the max, every day at least once and keep it for at least 15 min.or untill you can no longer take the pain. You need to do this to get the the length and girth that the Dr. ment you to have. I didn't at first as it hurt too bad and I was unhappy with my results ( thinking the Dr. did'nt give me a big enough size) only gaining about 1/2 in. more than the flaccid implant and not much more in girth, after about 9-10 months post surgery. Well after getting some great advice on another forum, I started pumping to the absolute max every day. Within about 4 months I was at 7 in. in length and a 5 1/4 in. girth. That is when I started getting the head to engorge more naturally.
Goog luck.
