I can’t recommend Dr Eid highly enough, but NYC is a bit of a drive for you. If making that drive is acceptable consider making a consultation appointment with him.

Otherwise I would seek out the best implant surgeon in Pittsburgh.
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

And that’s true but I feel incomplete with having that handful when I need it. Maybe it’s a gay thing, not sure. Even when I was married to my wife for 23 years, I always had this connection with my dick. Weird I guess. In any case I’m hoping to regain some of that. I’ve always had challenges with anal sex regarding girth so I guess I could lose some there.

I agree, thankfully I've also been cancer free now for over 4 years. Regular PSA tests have been zero/undetectable for PC.
I think most of us probably have a strong connection with our dicks, which I believe should be enjoyed as often as possible :D.
It seems like it might be possible to keep what you have with a standard implant. Elbowroom is not far off your girth and has been able to maintain his size. Fingers crossed for you brother. Keeping up with the regular VED routine as preparation for surgery is worth it in my experience.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.

Urologist suggests implants next step. Considering. My question is do implants come close to pumped dimensions, 7” length x 7” girth? I’m happy with that size.

I've walked in your shoes.

Your doing the right thing
Get the implant.
Save yourself A LOT of time, money and frustration..

Yes, if you have done your homework and made sure the surgeon you have selected is world class and well reviewed he WILL get you either very close or completely at your original size pre implant.

You.may lose a half an inch at first (I did)
But this can be remedied by relentless and vigorous
Cycling.

After 90 days I was back to.my original size.

P.S. Using a VED at this point is a great idea.

Good luck.
