Interested in hearing from those of you who's had the titan implant. what it feels like to orgasm/ejaculate. I assume it wouldn't be exactly the same as the penis itself is partly mechanical and not filling with blood.

Also, what does it fee like to be totally aroused and not at all getting hard as a natural reaction.

In summary, it feels great!

One of the surprise highlights of my implant once I was fully healed was how much more powerful my orgasms were in comparison to many years before my implant when my ED had worsened considerably. For a number of years before getting the implant, I was never fully hard when I came, even with the help of meds and a cock ring.

Also, I'm much more physically aware of being aroused, even when deflated, than I was in the later pre-implant years of ED. I don't know the exact physical functioning of the penis. But my understanding is that the implant essentially takes the place of the blood flow that brings the penis to an erect state. But I, at least, still have the blood flow that surrounds the implant. When I'm aroused, my penis fills out, and I definitely feel aroused.

You will not notice a difference. It might be harder to achieve orgasm for a while after surgery, however. It took me about four months before my first orgasm from intercourse. Masturbation orgasms came back immediately though.

After a few months I would wake up in night with nocturnal plumpness and it felt good. Very similar to my best memories when I didn’t have ED. Your flaccid will be pretty firm and if you get good engorgement it will add to the firmness. I use cialis daily and double down on sex days and it really helps with engorgement. If my wife fondles me or grabs me before I can pump it any she can feel the engorgement similar to pre implant but obviously I can’t start pumping it quick enough when I start getting the feeling!
