%mg Cialis?

Has anyone had much success in taking 5mg Cialis daily? I hear it helps a coldish, softish head?
67yo - Australia - embarked on the usual journey of pills and injections 10 years ago, which worked sporadically but turned out to be more stressful than they were worth.

Yes. Amazing drug! I take 20 mg every M/W/F. I’ve been on it for 15 yrs.

I’m at 20 mg daily.
57. Prostrate cancer (gone), 2022 Brachytherapy, ED hourglass PD, pills/shots failed. Prepping for IPP 2027, VED, Shockwave, Supplements.

I do 5 daily and 10 or 15 on sex days. Helps noticeably with engorgement. Been implanted 4-1/2 years
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.

cialis and supplements worked for me for erections , but cialis gave me bad heart burn and for days ,plus it gave me problems with my esophagus , swallowing and sometimes spasms . i had to stop using it .
to bad .
i recently tried viagra jelly and got bad heart burn from that as well .
if not for those issues i would take small does daily or bi daily .
American , retired in the philippines .

I take between 10 and 20mg in the days preceding sex and I find that I'm a lot girthier. I've thought about taking it every day and did for a little while, but I don't want to run out and I like "pre-gaming" by taking larger but fewer doses in the days prior to me having sex.
