When my wife propositions intimate time, she now asks if I am ready for “Hans and Franz” (We’re going to pump you up!). A little vintage SNL humor.

42y/o, VL due to Finasteride use 17 years ago, PDE5i lost effect over the years, nothing worked anymore.
