How did your erect appearance and angle change?

Right now I have a mild upward curve naturally. From what I understand, the implant erection tends to point more straight out or slightly downward depending on the device and how it settles. I plan on getting the titan. For those of you who had a natural upward angle before surgery or are willing to give input:

-Did you lose the curve entirely, and did the change bother you or your partner?

-How does the erect appearance compare overall in terms of girth, shape, and how “natural” it looks?

Looking for realistic expectations on the cosmetic side since most posts focus on function and recovery. Appreciate any honest input.

Mine was down and to the left a little and now it is basically completely straight. It still dips from its own weight, but it is symmetrical.

For months, the first sharp stings when cycling were always in the same spot midway on the bottom left of my shaft and now I never feel it there, just an eventual ache in the tips. It basically did its job as a tissue expander.

I had a VERY slight upward natural curve and 2 o’clock erection angle. Nothing has changed.

I was concerned like you that my angle would change. I had several patient champions from Boston Scientific tell me that my dick would probably stick straight out at 3 o’clock.
During healing and early cycling I was a little above 3 o’clock, but once I could pump more and stretch tissues, my dick returned to my pre-op angle back to 2 to 2:30 position.

It's a good point that angle is somewhat dependent on amount of inflation. While I have a 2 o'clock angle at 80% or more inflation, I can be anywhere from 3-5 o'clock at less inflation, depending on how many pumps I give it.

Why does the angle matters?
It's only important if you go for penis competition or look all the day in a mirror to justify you have done great with your implant, otherwise it's completely not important for intercourse or oral / anal sex, as long your dick is hard and standing.
Have an angle at 3-4 o'clock, had more than 300 young chicks since my implant 7/23 and didn't have any chick that was interested in my dick's angle, they just wanted it hard and fucking them for hors...

Some positions are easier or harder with certain angles, it's just geometry lol! If you deflate a bit you can get any angle desired, but if you want it ro k hard you'll have a fixed angle and that angle mught not be ideal for the intended activity.

Beyond that, yes it's aesthetics and preference.

My flaccid Titan looks and feels like a cheap garden hose from dollar tree. I’m slowly getting used to it though. The erect angle is slightly downward for me compared to baseline. Not complaining. While erect, the damn thing feels better than my best erection.
