I very much doubt this. Most of the volume of the penis with an inflated IPP is taken up by water, which is the same density as the blood that would normally be there. The Titan cylinders are made of polyurethane, while the AMS cylinders are (mostly) made of silicone. Neither of these is going to be much denser than water, and they contribute a minor part to the inflated penis volume. So again, not likely to feel heavier than a normal penis, either erect or flaccid. My own experience is that the flaccid penis with Titan cylenders feels more rigid, but not heavier. A lot of people say that the AMS feels more natural when flaccid.

you are right, that water and blood have the same density, however the natural penis is not filled by blood, but by the Corpora cavernosa, whicr are like a sponge filled with blood and that's not the same as fluid or blood, therefore they are less havier than the implant filled with water.
