I wear a speedo to keep my implant in place and then a regular bathing suit over it and no problems with showing too much.

Many great responses and reasons for wearing a variety of swimwear. Since marriage (1970), I've worn a suit that is more jogging/ sports leg look than anything clingy...definitely no Speedo. Then, any significant outline of manhood was cause for alarm (to some) and definitely indicated arousal. Post bionic (2018), I continue to wear the sport leg look but with an interesting effect. When I exit the water, the material clings to me naturally and since I'm always about 7 (out of a possible 25) pumps inflated, and my penis is 'worn' on my left pantleg side, I have a very noticeable 6" horizontal tube that points left. I display myself proudly (maybe the wrong word since to some pride is a sin) and pretend to peel my suit away from my legs. No adult has ever averted his or her eyes. I guess, at almost 80 yo, I still like to show what God gave me...despite the Titan assist as required. If you've got it, flaunt it...

I'm not implanted yet but my surgeon said it would be in this year NHS waiting list hopefully just wondering what swimwear is implant friendly as a keen swimmer

I swim daily and wear a swim brief. I swim very early in the morning with serious swimmers in the other lanes and coming and going. In that time of day, most of the men wear swim briefs (Speedos) although there is a small minority of men wearing jammers. I have never liked wearing a jammer suit because it seems like the penis either has to be placed to the side or ends up there, even with a compression jammer. After the implant procedure, I tried a jammer again but the penis appeared pretty much erect and I found it uncomfortable. I went back to wearing a swim brief and found wearing the '3-D' pouch briefs, are the most comfortable, and keep the penis pointing down. I had one Sunga-style brief and it was just like the jammer--meaning my penis outline was very noticeable and appeared to be partially erect.

The 3D type suits can be seen on the Marcuse swimwear website. Many of the suits I buy from Marcuse are pretty low cut but again, their design keeps everything in place. Whatever I do, with my size and a Titan XL, I know I am going to have a sizeable bulge, but I prefer to have the down-pointed bulge rather than the side-pointed bulge. I don't want to appear to be aroused. We have women swimmers who are serious swimmers, arrive in the 5:00 a.m. crew and mostly wear the very cheeky/even thong one-piece swimsuits. Since they are around, I don't want to creep them out. If the pool is busy, we sometimes stand around waiting for a lane.

When I was first swimming after the implant, I would keep my shorts on over the swim brief until I could get in the water but now after six years I am confident that no one cares. I have a pretty sharp dog ear on one side, and it is noticeable to me but I don't think people really see it. I do have some lighter color briefs in the line up but again, don't think there is anything out of line about it. I also go boating on a lake but I don't wear a swim brief but rather, wear a basic short. (I live in the Midwest of the USA and find men wear swim briefs when doing laps and shorts when socializing in and around the water.) With the Titan XL you are going to get noticed in the sauna, steam room and shower room, but you get used to it.

If I ever need another implant procedure I am going to go with the Titan again because of the size issue. The dog ear and appearance issues are worth it because of the size and strength of the Titan.
