LGX pump stopped working after 9 years

I had my original LGX installed by Dr. Brook in Ontario Canada in 2017. It was a 21+2 assembly, scrotum method.
For 9 years I have been very pleased with the result - length, rigidity, all good... till last Friday. Suddenly the pump stopped working - once I pressed the button and squeezed the penis, the fluid stopped flowing back in the right cylinder; the left one continued operating normally. Now I have the right cylinder inflated at about 85%.
I assume there is no recovery from this state and I need a replacement.
My major concern is that since the right cylinder is still inflated. I can bend the penis so it is not too hard but still, potentially it creates a point of pressure which over time might become an erosion. I am wondering how much time I have before it becomes an issue.

Now I live around Austin, TX therefore I need some TX dr. I am considering Dr. Clavell (Huston), Dr. Kansas (Austin), Dr. Morey (Dallas). Although I am not sure if Dr. Morey works with LGX.

Back in Canada I had to wait for about 18 months just to get an appointment then another 9 months to get the surgery done.
Any time reference points for the doctors above - from calling the office, getting an appointment, getting surgery done?

Anybody else having a problem of inability to deflate cylinders?

When you had it installed first in Ontario, was it covered by insurance?

Now that you are in USA, do you have insurance there?

Yes, in Canada it was all covered by the insurance.
I kept the patient's record with serial number as LGX promises the lifetime warranty.

Here I have an employer sponsor insurance - UHC but the coverage output varies... let's put it that way.
When I had a chat with the UHC chat bot it said that "internal implants" are not covered.
However, when I check for the coverage of the procedure code# 54410 I am getting an impression that it might be covered because it generates how much I might be paying out of pocket.

But regardless, I do not have much choice. The right cylinder is only partially deflated, it creates a minor bot consistent pressure point. The clock is ticking.
And, as usual, this type of problems happen Friday evening so that one can enjoy a full weekend before getting any clarity.

I would think that after 9 years, the life expectancy of the AMS700LGX has probably expired by now.
Dr Kansas of Urology Austin was my surgeon for my AMS700LGX in 03/26/24. I was very satisfied with him.

Thank you for the reply. I am trying to get in touch with Dr. Kansas. My provider back in Canada, Dr. Bella highly recommended him.
The main challenge is that the online appointment system has nearest appointment in October. I do not have that much time, the deflated cylinder creates a permanent pressure which yields to erosion over time. I will try to get an an-hoc appointment first thing Monday morning. And if they do not give me any, my plan B is figure out which hospital's ER Dr. Kansas in on call, go there and ask them to page him.

this is a long shot but we have similar equipment, My doc told me early on that this pump/ valve can be reset by hard squeezing the pump's long sides , the little valve can get out of position?

Go see Clavell in Houston. I requested an online appointment and they got back to me within a day or 2. Appointment was about 4-6 weeks later and then surgery a few weeks after that.

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, I tried this method. It is prescribed for pump resetting during inflation. My case is deflation. I did try to squeeze the other sides of the valve, and theoretically I should try to pump after that. However, in my situation I cannot risk to pump as my non-deflated state is borderline between "can wait a day or 2, and ER trip due to excessive pressure". If I squeeze the pump one more time and it does not deflate my only immediate option would be needle poking in the ER to remove the liquid release the pressure, which creates an additional risk of infection.

I assume your case was not a semi-urgency.
I will call them too but the tricky part is how I formulate the ask. If I understate the severity they will place me on a regular schedule which I cannot wait. If I overstate the severity they will just tell me to go to ER.
