Day 5 post surgery and still no real pain, took some ibuprofen for some discomfort after taking a walk with my wife today but other than that I’m only dealing with swelling. I was able to feel the pump and do a few slight tugs but I’ll give it a few more days before start pulling it down as a practice. One thing I can say is there’s a significant difference between the 22cm and the 26 cm in girth and weight. I’m only 20-30% pumped up and I feel heavy as crap. I can’t wrap my fingers around it an touch the tips of my fingers at all, nowhere close to being able to touch them. I’ll get some exact measurements in a later post. Of course I haven’t tried pumping yet so I’m not sure what I’m in for as far as length but just pumped to this capacity looks impressive and I can feel the crinkles on the side to show there’s way more expansion waiting to happen. All in all I’m very happy with my choice. Looking forward to my cycling journey!

Day 8, feeling great! Ready to get these stitches out. With the swelling gone down I can feel the pump. I’ve given it a few tugs but nothing too drastic. Feeling along the cylinders I can feel that even though I’m pumped up 20-30% there’s lots of growth and expansion ready to unfold. Eager for clearance to cycle, also ready to soak these old bones and boner…. In some hot water! I’ll keep the updates coming as more unfolds… pun intended!

Day 21, Had my follow up visit yesterday. Healing going well, swelling down dramatically but was told another 2 weeks is needed for healing before stitches come out. I was told to start cycling (picture included) my first attempt is short of my full length but that is to be expected. I have a hard time taking accurate measurements with a straight ruler due to my upward curvature. Still looking forward to submerging in some hot water soon as well as getting in the pool before the summer is over. As it is I’m happy with my revision and glad I made the choice to go with Dr Hakky.

Day 39, Had my 6 week follow up with Dr Hakky. This is the first time he’s seen me to inflate and deflate me. He’s not happy with the tip placement, my previous Dr. placed the tips so low that it caused a space that allows the tips to slip backwards causing my head to rest on top of the implant instead of in front in the glans. What that means is now that I’m almost healed I have to go back on the 8/11/2026 to get the tip correction surgery (sorry forgot the technical term). Basically he’s gonna do a circumcision under the head of my penis then pull the skin and head down to the lower circumcised skin. This will cause the head to move forward and tips be in the glands. 2-3 more weeks added to my healing time. Also still have stitches in. He’s going to remove them during the surgery on the 8/11, trying to be patient and see the big picture but also ready to get it over with and use this thing….
