You will need a revision. Did you have infrapubic or peniscrotal operation?

I had this same issue and had Dr Hakky do my revision. The recovery from revision is much easier than the origonal operation. Sorry this happened, but you will get it figured out just like I did!

I have an appointment with the surgeon who implanted my prosthesis in October. I've also read about glanulopexy and know that it could be an option.
However, before considering any additional surgery, I first want him to determine whether the implant he chose was actually the correct length. If it turns out that the implant is too short, then we'll have to see whether he's willing to correct it.
To be honest, I'm a little worried that in the end I'll be left alone with this problem. I really hope we can find the right solution.

You dont have floppy glands. The tubs/rods that support you penis should continue into the head of the penis up until slightly before the end. You should be abble to feel the rods in the head of your penis. Floppy glands are due to blood flow to the head of the penis. Blood flow is not going to help your situation. See a good doctore.

You were definitely undersized, I had the same issue and tried to let the same Dr. correct it three times. Finally went to Dr. Hakky and had a Revision done 7/23/26 I went from a 22cm with rte’s to a 26cm. I have a curvature so the tips were placed wrong and caused a space under the head. I have to go back so Dr. Hakky can fix the tip location into the head and make it secure. Definitely find a new Dr. and good luck to you!
51,TT 20cm+2 (Undersized) 1/17 rupture. Redo 8/19 TT 22cm+2 leaked. Redo 6/24 TT 22cm+3 leaked. Redo 3/27/25 with complications. Corrected 4/1/25 TT 22cm+3 leaked. Redo 6/23/26 TT 26cm w/Tip correction 8/11/26.

Floppy glans is usually caused by being under sized.

OP, what are the chances you can fly to Dr Hakky?
