At what point do you know you pumped your Titan to full capacity?

He didn’t have the notes but said he put 140mL. I just ran out at 8 months which makes it almost undeniable in my mind… implants can increase well beyond spec.

How did you know that you have run out of fluid? I think I am dealing with a similar situation at 7 months

If you pump to maximum inflation and the bulb becomes flat (or partially flat) and does not refill, it usually means there is no more fluid left in the reservoir—you have transferred all of the available fluid into the cylinders.

If this happens consistently at the same point during inflation, it suggests a fluid-volume issue. If it happens only occasionally, or at different points during inflation, I would be more suspicious of a mechanical problem with the pump itself.

If you’re unsure which is the case, your surgeon can help evaluate the device and determine what’s going on.

When the bulb gets rock hard, is it most often caused by that the cylinders are full, or because the tunica can not expand more? How would you tell the difference?

I asked this same question to my Dr at my 6 weeks post-op appointment.
He says pump until pump get too hard to squeeze.

When the cylinders are full, it takes both hands to get any more pumps in. When the tunica is full, you are in pain. Right now, when I get to flat bulb, both are true, which probably means he used the ideal fill volume. From here on out, I am just aiming to get the pain to dissipate at that level of hardness.

When full; do you feel pain in all of tunica or just the tips?

I pump mine until the pump goes flat. No pain, hard as a rock! Mine was filled with 110 ml. I don’t think adding fluid is the way to go for me. Girth is already 7”. I wouldn’t want it any bigger ! I don’t think a 22 cm clyiner is going to get much longer.
Pills failed, did trimix for 7 yrs. Implant 8/12/2022

At this point (10 months), the pain is almost entirely tip pain. For months, it was in the lower left middle where I needed the most straightening, but it's not the limiting factor anymore.

Do you also notice a difference in what sides you press the pump? If I press from one side, there is almost no resistance, as if there is no fluid left. While if I hold and press from the other sides, then it is rock hard again?

I have the Classic Coloplast pump.
