All implants will make you a shower, the cylinders just can’t shrink like natural tissue can. Personally at your age I’d consider the Titan, you will likely need several revisions over the years, and Titan revisions can be a lot easier because the AMS Dacron layer can grow into tissue and be hard for the surgeon to remove. Titan also has stronger axial rigidity, which younger men appreciate. But that’s just my opinion and both implants are great.
If you do go with a Titan, I’d go with the new improved Titan Prime, even if you have to wait a bit to get it. The improvements should make it both more durable/reliable and have a more natural flaccid appearance.

Careful what you wish for. Most all people that get implanted have issues dealing with the shower aspect of an implant. I grew to enjoy mine but it is a difficult thing in the early stages to get used to it before it softens up. As mentioned previously all implants will make you a shower. Titan wil probably be a little more so after broke in than an AMS but that’s usually in terms of softness rather than overall showing. And yes the titan don’t expand as much so yes it will show more. Again, this can be a bad thing.

Also, if you can pay overhead of clinical trial ($15K, give and take) I'd also take a look at Rigicon.

My surgery is in two weeks so take what I have to say with a grain of salt.
I chose the Coloplast Titan for the girth. Girth was more important to me than the length because the internal structure of the clitoris surrounds the vaginal opening. and most women don't like have their cervix pounded. that's the criteria I went with. yours may be different.

I agree with Elbow, hold out for the Prime or go look for it. Also, I too am prioritizing girth and rigidity. Many guys have success stories here with LGX, but I’ve heard more (albeit rare) stories of the LGX material adhering to tissue that makes revision challenges for the surgeon.

This is true! I have the largest implant available, a 28cm Titan. Before surgery I didn't have much trouble hiding my flaccid penis. Now it's kind of a big deal. I can't wear running shorts commando like I used to, and I constantly have to be aware of the position of the implant in my pants. I had a massage tge other day and the female masseuse bumped my dick a couple of times, no way to avoid it really and that can be a bit awkward.
I love this thing and would do it again in a heartbeat, but there are new challenges.

Dude, if I'd be you I'd PM those who have LGX before making a decision unless you get some feedback from them on this thread. There are members who revised from LGX to Titan but there are also those who revised from Titan to LGX. Both seem to feel good about their decisions for their own reasons.
Make no mistake there are definite trade-offs between the two. There is no perfect world out there. Both lgx and titan have significant pros and cons. I think your current size matters, I think what's more important to you at this point: length or girth matters, how do you want to feel with it matters, how a woman would feel with each matters.
I haven't been implanted myself yet so I'm not going to give you my opinion but see if you could find the recipients of both and just ask them how the two compare.
Actually no, I would say this: if your erect penis is over 6" in length currently, or you already have a bend I'd stay away from LGX, and decide between Titan and CX (again the two have significant pros and cons between themselves), or at least talk to the doctor about it before going ahead with LGX if you're still leaning towards it. If it's under 6" definitely have lgx in the picture.
