Size is the least of my concern. Whether it's the size of the penis or the size of the button, the size of the bulb, the size of the cylinders, what's more important for me is that I can get hard whenever I want, wherever I want, and for however long I want for my significant other.

Just to follow up to this thread I started.
With time, I did find the sweet spot to trigger it.
My placement was a bit more difficult with the orientation of the deflate button. But I eventually figured out the exact angle and fingers to use to get it done.
NOT a simple process, in my case, but eventually we all get there and figure it out.
Stay patient folks.....it gets easier and routine.
But damn...... I dont know why the deflate has to be this cumbersome. I could imagine an easier trigger method.

I’m just at two weeks from my revision and I’m still too swollen the start cycling. This is my first penoscotal and my pump is way farther back than previous ones. I have a lot of tissue formations that I can feel while slightly tugging at the pump. I’m scheduled to get my stitches out next Monday and hopefully he will let me down and by then I can start cycling.

I originally had the classic titan, and I just got a revision in February to the one-touch. The nipple on the one-touch is so subtle that I was not able to easily manipulate it for virtually 2 months, until there was literally no residual swelling or "pulp" in there. Even when I did finally cycle it for the first time, it re-aggravated things ......and again was difficult to find nipple. It panicked me because my original classic was much more straight forward. The classic required more squeezing, but there was nothing subtle about finding the grip.
If my experience is typical, I would say that the one-touch requires a complete healing before any successful manipulation is feasible.

Yes I would agree, the swelling and pulp receding makes it much easier. But then eventually, you get good at it. Even now, I have to admit I dont really feel the exact nipple and edges. I just squeeze in the general area.
Why did you need revision?

Good question. After 6 years the implant failed. I've made some posts on here to see if anyone has any specific knowledge of things that might tend to cause damage....but so far, no Coloplast engineers have chimed in
Over the years I've seen people fantasizing that if they use it less, they will prolong its life....but I'm inclined to believe that is not true. As I communicated with Coloplast and researched a little, it seems the cylinders, pump and reservoir are pretty much indestructible....and virtually all failures are the tubes.
As I pour over the last few weeks up to the failure, I have come up with: treadmill, dead lifts, crawling on belly in crawlspace. Since I had not had sex for a year, I am ruling out any sexual positions, duration, frequency, intensity. it seemed fine for all that. I've always ran and lifted...so I'm ruling out normal exercise. but the deadlift and narrow treadmill did have a bit of an unnatural feel to them....and that belly crawl also felt suspicious. I also fell asleep inflated..... near the failure time.
I have a post on here about exercise and general garment support....but it has been interpreted as "what's fun and comfortable"
I plan to contact Coloplast and see if they did any forensics on my old implant (since they can be on the hook for the cost sometimes) and I'll probably make a few more well-thought-out posts here in hopes of catching someone who actually understands the mechanics of it all.

My experience getting the hang of deflating alternated somewhere between bewildering and terrifying at the 4 week mark. Fun walk through memory lane over here...

But honestly, the motivation to figure it all out is incredibly strong, and when the movements clicked, they just clicked. Clear sailing and big, big fun for nearly 7 years here.

I’m on my 6th week since my revision and first penescrotal approach and after week two I decided to start cycling. I had minimal swelling and figured it wasn’t my first go round. My swelling came back in full force the edema around my tubing felt like a soft egg in my sac. I had to stop cycling for a week or so until it went back down then another week before I continued my cycling and being able lo locate the release button again. My advise, don’t rush it. Hopefully you have years of cycling and ample enough time to regain size to blow some minds! Good luck…
