Well today’s the day. Getting an implant. A bit nervous but also excited to get my mind and life back. I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir about what ED does to your mind and love life especially as a single guy. Difficult not to think about it every day.
I know from all you brothers that have taken this step that it takes time to get back to normal with cycling but hoping the first 3-6 months flies by.
Thankful for this forum. It is a God send.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

First few weka can be sore. Once you start cycling it becomes a welcome exercise seeing your dick get big and rock hard! I couldn’t wait to use it and Dr gave me permission around 3 weeks as I was healed up and cycling with no issues.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.

All went well with the surgery. Still in the hospital. Surgery was delayed 4 hours yesterday so had to stay overnight. Worse part so far was removing the catheter and peeing the first several times. Man that was not fun. Drain is also removed.
Heading home this afternoon. Will post updates. For now just going to rest and ice.
