This was really the major thing for me. Mechanical simplicity is a big deal when it comes to implanted devices. I'm open to an IPP in the distant future, but life has been so good with the Genesis for the past 18 months that I never really think about the alternative.
Born 1990. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Coloplast Genesis malleable implanted December 2024 by the great Dr. Laurence Levine in Chicago.

Brothers, I'm sorry for my delayed update. Just playing catch-up. My update after 4+ months:

Positives:
  1. It’s been close to 4+ months and I didn’t catch an infection or complication.
  2. I’m able to have vigorous sex with increased base stability, axial rigidity and my fullest girth.
  3. I FINALLY achieved PIV orgasm. The most important WIN for me. I had no PIV orgasm for 2 years and I was sad as a result. Titan is great for vigorous sex.
  4. Wifey like Titan more than Genesis.

Negatives:
  1. I don’t like Titan’s flaccid state and IPP pumping rituals. I will go back to MPP when wifey loses interest in PIV. I still prefer MPP for PIST (Penis In Sex Toy).

Lessons I learnt:
  1. I will NOT get MPP from implanters who are low-volume for MPPs, even if they are high-volume for IPPs.
  2. The surgeon I pick and his specific device volume (brand and type) are more important than ANYTHING.
  3. I will run away from anyone who wants to do a subcoronal incision on an uncircumcised penis, unless it's really medically necessary.

I will call my Genesis to Titan swap project a success (until it breaks after its median lifespan of 20 years). Just kidding!
