What plan? Are you not on Medicare?

Sleazeballs trying to skip the warranty paperwork. It costs them $10,000. Is your doctor agreeing to that? Is your insurance covering this?

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my wife’s company now. I had BCBS with my previous company when I had it done originally and they paid for everything but the deductible. It doesn’t matter the insurance company it’s the plan the company has settled on. Many large companies self insure anyhow and BCBS is just a service provider.

When we were discussing self pay I asked Clavell about whether they would try to weasel out of the warranty and he said there will not be a problem with that. As one of their top volume docs they want to keep him happy.
Implanted 2/14/24 at age 50 w/ a 22cm Titan, no RTE's, classic pump by Dr. Clavell after 9+ years of worsening ED. I tried everything from pills to injections. Venous leak confirmed 2/2/24. Healthy, fit and active.

Bp1111, I’ll also be going in for replacement one week to the day after you! September 5th. My original lasted 4 years but was still functioning perfectly… my issue was the Dr I used in Dallas didn’t know how to properly place the reservoir and it literally migrated out from under the muscle just to left of shaft and directly under my pants line. Also tips were place really low and weee in danger of erosion. Hopefully this one will last a LOt longer! Keep us posted on your recovery and I’ll follow and compare!
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.
