I had a slight curve up and to the left and from what I read assumed it would be straight. Surprised when I saw the surgical notes had one side longer than the other. I guess it depends on the skill of you surgeon but mine is so close to what I had that I say, perfect.

Nothing is immediate, especially changing curvature. I am not sure mine would have straightened much if I had not trained it for years leading up to and also focusing my exercises on bending it one way. When i do peritos I never bend left only right and up. Obviously the device is the most powerful and chronic influence on it, but whatever you do with your hands has an effect too.

Natural was 1:30, first AMS was 3:30, and Titan is 4:00. Shorter with each, and flat rather than round.

My flaccid Titan looks and feels like a cheap garden hose from dollar tree. I’m slowly getting used to it though. The erect angle is slightly downward for me compared to baseline. Not complaining. While erect, the damn thing feels better than my best erection.

I have to work to get mine deflated, I suspect there is always a little fluid in there. I’d say add a pump or two and it will round out and avoid this look/feel while still being pliable.
