Well, the limits are set by the tunica and the cylinders. In the Titan’s case, the lengthwise expansion is limited, so there is a limit to how much length you can get by just adding fluid. Girth is more complicated, the girth of the cylinders can theoretically expand a lot, but the stiffness of the tunica limits that. While you might be able to continue to strain the cylinders against the tunica and continue stretching them over time, it might not be something you want beyond a certain point. The tunica could become stressed and thinner, potentially leading to cylinder aneurysm or erosion.

I am not sure how you tell if you are truly maxed out.
When I pump to full I can wait 1-2 minutes and I can get more pumps in. I can do this for about 4 rounds. This gives me more firmness.

For me it’s based on firmness and pain. If I pump right now to a flat bulb, it gets sore pretty quickly. That tells me things are strained. Could it grow more if I do that a lot? Maybe. But I’d rather keep a little headroom there to make sure I don’t get to a point where I’d like it a little firmer but have no fluid left to add.

You are right I have no way to know if I’m at the max tissue expansion, but I am at the max of what I can get with the fluid in the system, which is really what I mean.

Ive played with those devices in hakkys office. Youre maxxed out. Once the reservoir is empty, the bulb goes flat. Completely normal. 9 inch dick? Way above normal. Envy of all. Hahaha

The good news is that I re-measured again this morning and my length is now 8.9” which is very close to my max length in my 20s, up from 8.75” just a couple of weeks ago. So I have gained a little even in just the last few weeks and that extra stretch is what got me to a flat bulb. If it stays like this forever I would be very happy. My girlfriend is actually happy I’m maxed out…she says she’s maxed out too.

I'm so envious, but I'm only around 5'7" and not heavily built. A 9 inch dick would look ridiculous on my physique .
I already look well hung flaccid. And even with my shade over 6.5 inches BPEL mrs can get uncomfortable if I thrust hard too deeply.

I just saw this post and see that several men have encountered the flat bulb.
I first reached flat bulb 5/1/2025, almost 8 months post implant surgery.
At first I had that significant stretch feeling also. I would not always reach flat bulb since the pump bulb would get so hard that I couldn’t squeeze it. I too figured out that if I waited for a while I could get a few mini pumps in.
Over the subsequent months I started reaching flat bulb every time I pumped my dick up.
I 100% believe I did gain size but have hit a plateau.
I am considering talking with my doctor about a top off.
By the way, I can stay at flat bulb for hours now without any discomfort. If you still have that stretch feeling then you are probably still growing.
