Looking for a surgeon near Lexington, KY

I'm having a bitch of a time finding a surgeon in Eastern KY. I found one but I have no idea what kind of quality to expect from his work. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon in Kentucky? Preferably near Pikeville?

This is my second attempt and I'm going with a malleable because the IPP went septic after a few weeks and had to be removed. I want someone that knows what he's doing and is going to keep as much size and natural shape as possible.
