I think we love that feeling of an exceptional good hard boner, when that bulb goes flat it won't be long before you're missing the nice stretch feeling. Again thats the time for the VED. can give the complete pull feeling that dissipates after you've reached your max.

Because of my tubing positioning at the base of my shaft, Hakky has recommended against using a VED to avoid friction damage to the tubing over time.

I agree its not a setback its what it is, glad you hit the end of the saline and alls good, with out a vacuum pump use, you only have one option left to fight for maintenance that is to use the hell of your cock! such a burden LOl. enjoy brother?

I had similar experience but mine happened at 12 months. I had a friend that was implanted a week before me and he also reached flat ball at -2 months. After you reach this point your done with cycling for maintenance. Pump, use deflate. Repeat. Any xtra cycling could result in less firmness if you try to continue stretching with a VED or any other device.

Hey all. 10months post-op, Doing my normal daily cycling to max today, and got the “flat bulb” pump. Implant stayed inflated, just no more pumps to be had, at about 30. I left it inflated a while and it stayed up. As soon as I hit the deflate bars the pump rebounded to full.

I deflated, waited about ten minutes, and tried again. Same result, everything inflated normally, it just stopped around 30 pumps with a flattened bulb. I had 130ml of fluid in the reservoir on a 28cm implant, so I knew one day I’d hit a wall, just didn’t think it would be so soon.

The implant doesn’t show signs that it’s leaking or failed, but I guess I won’t know for sure until I use it a bit and leave it inflated a long time. I really hope it’s not a leak…I was hoping my first revision would be a Titan Prime, and the 28cm version won’t be available until next year.

A little sad to know there’s no more size to be gained, but assuming it’s not a failure I’ll just keep using it! So far I have been super happy with it.

Hey I hit the same wall a couple years ago. The implant has not failed since I maxed it out so for me it seem like maxing it out didn’t negatively effect the implant. As I approached hitting max I never noticed much size increase of my erection. All that seemed to happened was the implant just gets more rigid as I approach max inflation. Did you notice gains all the way up to eventually being able to max inflate?
