VED to cycle AMS 700 LGX?

Postby vonLuger » Sat Aug 29, 2026 6:24 am

Hi everyone from Bavaria :D

Eight weeks after my revision, I started cycling 14 days ago. During my time at the clinic, a fellow patient advised me to use a VED vacuum pump for support, as he had good experiences with it. What is your opinion on this? Of course, I don't want to damage the implant after the revision. Additionally, I can feel the tubing leading to the reservoir on the right side. What do you think about using a VED as a supportive measure, and could you recommend a model?
The goal is to get an inch back :x

Hi vonLuger, only a month or so to Oktoberfest :D.
You should check with your surgeon as each has their own protocol for recovery.
Some docs highly recommend VED use but for others it's a hard no. You should always follow your own surgeon's instructions.
Mine was always on the fence with VEDs but eventually gave me the OK to use one with my LGX implant.
But I'm trying to lessen a PD curve and it's an auxiliary therapy.
If you do try it be very cautious. Don't overdo either the pressure or length of time.
8 weeks is still early. There is a good chance you will get back the lost length with cycling alone but it can take a while.

I follow a lot of Drs and a lot more say NO and just a few say yes. Just in my non professional opinion there’s no way I would ever do it! The implants have plenty force to stretch things out on their own, just put the time in. There’s always the possibility of stretching your length longer than the cylinders are… especially if the Dr was being conservative with size. Then you would be facing floppy glans… just my 2 cents.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.
