Flaccid Length Increase With Cycling?

I’m about three weeks postop. Had a Titan 23 cm implant installed. My question is will my flaccid length increase once I start cycling? Right now I’m about 4 inches flaccid. Still have some swelling. My pre-surgery erect length was 6.25 inches.

Possibly. It happened that way for me. Originally a "grower", with not much going on flaccid, now a "shower" (very common outcome). When I first started cycling my flaccid would have been similar length to yours. Eventually got to over 5 inches flaccid after cycling for a while, which is more than 1.5 inches longer than pre op. That's just natural hang, not bone pressed. The different properties of your Titan and my LGX could influence the results, but mainly when erect I would think.

You could gain some flaccid size. I gained about a half inch, maybe more since immediately post-op flaccid size.

You might not realize it but you likely have a notable amount of swelling around the base of your penis. Possibly even 1/2-3/4” or more. Give it time. You have enough implant length to gain back to your full length just remember your in for the long haul… not for a few weeks.

six weeks ago I had Peronies Disease straightening surgery and the installation of penis pump. Since then, whenever I walk around my penis stiffens on its own, without growing in size. This is without me pumping or cycling the pump. When I sit the penis softens. Additionally, during the evening my penis stiffens, and it becomes painful and difficult to get it to soften. I was hoping by this time these issues might resolve itself. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced these issues and how you might have addressed them?

I am confident you will regain your preop size. According to the studies that are available, this has become a fairly wide outcome, which seems to be confirmed by the users here.

I'm 1 month and 3 days postop, and am exactly 1 cm down on length and girth erect, but My Dr had me on an early cycling protocol and I am aggressive. I am confident you will get back to your true preop measurements, if you cycle as instructed (which is not easy, especially at first).

Find a way to get used to cycling! That is the key.
