TRT & implant

Postby Echegollen » Mon Aug 31, 2026 9:18 pm

I started TRT and noticed significant testicular shrinkage. Do you guys think that will help or complicate things when they place the scrotal pump for the penile implant?
I'm 39 years old. Never was able to maintain my erections for more than 1 minute. Pills don't work. Had sclerotherapy by Dr. Kuehhas in Austria in 2016. Didn't work. Injections (Caverject) are the only things that gave me acceptable results.

I have been on TRT for decades. My testicles are tiny, like very large almond size. The placement of the pump for my Titan was no issue. There will be plenty of space in the scrotum because of your small testicles, and the pump will be easy to find and manipulate. It *might* be a little more visible, but mine's not really noticeable and it's placed pretty far forward.

I self-adminstered HCG injections for 10 years and pergonal for 2 of the 10 years, then I applied TRT gel and cream for 14 years and after 1st implant received Testopel pellet injections. I had implant revision surgery after 10 years. Neither doctor who implanted me identified testicular shrinkage as a problem. Mine are still relatively large probably because I was on HCG for so long. What TRT drug are you using? I recommend the Testopel injection because the drug is time release and I only receive 3 injections per year. The drawback is that it is expensive but there are generics.

I have testicular atrophy too. On trt for a decade. Testicles the size of a large grape now. So the pump kind of looks like a testicle. Hakky placed it behind my balls so its not obvious. But if you touch my scrotum youll know immediately
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one
