Stiffening while walking or standing
Aloha from Maui, six weeks ago I had Peronies Disease straightening surgery and the installation of penis pump. Since then, whenever I walk around my penis stiffens. It doesnt grow, it just gets stiff. When I sit the penis will soften. Additionally, during the evening my penis stiffens and it becomes difficult to get it to soften. I was hoping by this time these issues might resolve itself. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced these issues and how you might have addressed them?

Imaginary,
I answered you on another thread but since you have one here, let me repeat:
It sounds like you are not closing your valve after deflating.
To close the valve, you must pump 1-2 times after deflating. If a smaller flaccid gives you less distress, be sure and press the fluid out of your penis when you deflate- before pumping 1-2 times to lock the valve shut.
I hope this is what is happening, as it is very easy to fix.

IMUAGARY,
It would be helpful if you fill in your signature line with age, implant type, pump type and ED history. All of that makes a difference in our answers, or if we should attempt to answer.

Aloha,
THank you for your responses and suggestions. I am 67 years old and in good physical condition and in good health. The pump I received is ths Titan Inflatable Penile implant.
I noted in the operation guide, there is no reference to closing the pump after deflating. Is that something required for the Titan pump?
thanks,
Imuagary

Aloha brother, We've been to Hawaii a couple of times and have spent some time on Maui.
I don't have a Titan but with many of the implant models, after squeezing as much fluid from the cylinders as you can after deflation, just give the pump one or two quick presses. That should lock the valve so that the device won't start auto filling with saline. I can do that with my LGX with a single pump to reset the valve if it doesn't happen automatically. But I prefer it feeling a bit fuller and I'm happy to let it do its own thing.
72, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.
