I would like to give advice to you. you entrust your penis ito Dr. Dijjnovic in Belgrade ,Serbia.

He is the best surgeon in the world ( he was first assistant to the Prof. "SAVA PEROVIC" - who dead last year- " The best of all time Urologist-recognition by all the doctors in the world).
He can really stretch your penis and gain all lost inches..with simultaneus insertion of a penile prosthesis. In all his surgery of penile implant, there is NOT any lost of inches.

I have seen several implant videos, and those pictures are the most extreme I have seen. That looks barbaric. The vidoes I have seen is just a slit is made and then the implant slid in, though gross simplification of the process.

Thought I should picture-update my progress to date....4 months after implantation. So i will include various shots flaccid and erect. Note that my surgery scar is almost gone. And swelling and bruising are entirely absent. Here are 3 flaccid shots. With a titan implant the flaccid is the same size as the erection.

Dang, time sure flies. 4 months seems like yesterday, although I'm sure it doesn't seem like that to you. I am so happy for you and the outcome. I know you went thru a stressful time in the first few weeks, but believe me: If mine turns out half as good as yours I will be in hog heaven!

These latest post-op pictures sure look healthy! Any comments on functionality, especially vis-a-vis the glans shift that you showed earlier, etc.?

Josh....in response to your question: I am regaining some length by using a VED as Dr. Grimaldi recommended. However this extra length is not supported by the implant which is way too short. And my glans is floppy both flaccid and erect.


I am the same length flaccid or erect. My implant is a bit stiff even when deflated. Titans are made from a stiffer plastic than AMS. So this makes it difficult for me to hide Spike in my pants. Unfortunately there is an obvious visible penis line down one leg or the other...clearly showing shaft and glans. This happens even with relaxed fit or regular fit pants. Cant wear penis straight down cause it always works itself over to left or right leg of pants. And it hurts when squeezed up in the pouch of briefs. Presses shaft against the hinge effect of the deflated implant. Only solution is to wear my shirt tail out.
