Are the cylinders side by side or is there a gap between them?

Do the cylinders naturally sit side by side or do they like to pull away from each other?

There’s a lot of question on here about max girth you can obtain with the implant and I was thinking that, if where the cylinders sit in the crus is a small tight space and the distal end has more room to accommodate the cylinders toward the glans (more room being that the man has a large cavernousa that is larger than the maximum the cylinders can inflate) that the cylinders may want to instead separate because of being pinched at the crus and having room to separate towards the glans. Could this be why some men (men over 6” girth) are able to reclaim a lot of their lost girth? I know the titan is one of the largest implants and side by side the cylinders are a 5.1” girth. If the cylinders separated that would increase the girth above 5.1”. I think if this was true the titans hardest could increase the pinching effect at the crus and separating at the distal end. I think more than 1/3 of the implant is inside my body and not my penis so that could be creating a lot of pressure potentially separating the implant towards the distal end.

The cavernosa is naturally two separate cylinders there is definitely tissue between them but as you pressure up during inflation the gap would expand closer as the pressure builds. I personally thing that engorgement underneath the cylinders and a little above makes the biggest difference in additional girth. Some have good engorgement and some don’t. I use daily cialis which definitely helps with this.
