Welcome to the bionic club. It's been great.
It occurs to me that many new club members finally have a nice hard penis to use to give and receive pleasure. One thing I haven't seen discussed is the need for the rest of your body to be ready. What good is a super hard penis if you have no stamina?
Do some cardio and some situps to maximize you and your partner's pleasure
Also I take coq10 for cholesterol medicine. I have been fortunate to get lots of sensation back. Perhaps there is a link (not discussed by my doc- do your own research but seems low risk) see article

Interesting. I take a statin as a preventative measure as well but haven't heard about CoQ10 having this property. Will have to read up on it!

All medication/supplements that reduce oxidative stress and inflammation help the entire body.
They reduce free radicals that:
Impact on HealthOxidative stress: When free radicals outnumber the body's ability to fight them off, they cause oxidative stress.
Cellular damage: They can harm cell membranes, proteins, lipids, and DNA.
Disease and aging: This cumulative damage contributes to accelerated aging and raises the risk of chronic conditions like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
How the Body Fights ThemAntioxidants: These are helpful molecules (such as vitamins C and E) that safely donate an electron to a free radical without becoming unstable themselves, effectively stopping the chain reaction. Dietary sources: Eating colorful fruits and vegetables provides natural antioxidants to help neutralize free radical damage.
Reducing free radicals has therefore an impact on sperm production, which is the case by Co-Q10.
All the best Dan

Quite interesting. Thanks for sharing.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.
