5 months post op. Penuscrotal infla10ax first implant.

Sensation during sex and masturbation and orgasm is markedly reduced. Typical? Likely to improve?

Where pleasure sensation pre op was 10 current level is about 7.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Tried pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave, Vertica, VED, traction, MUSE, Vitaros.

Implanted by Professor Ralph at UCLH on 1st April 2026 with Rigicon Infla10 AX 22cm + 1 RTE. Penuscrotal approach.

From years of reading on FT and my personal experience your right on tract. It took me 8-10 months to get back around 80% and possibly a little better over the next several months after that.
Born 1965 ED at 45 pills,shots all failed.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed
Explanted 6-17
Implanted 9-2 Titan 22cm less 1 cm trimmed

My surgeon said we can expect continued improvement for up to 1 year after surgery, and some people even see further gains beyond that. When I brought up the difficulties I’ve been having beyond 1 year, he said it’s uncommon but can occur if nerves got stretched during the procedure.

Hi everyone, everything is back to normal for me: sensation, orgasm, and a firm glans when aroused. However, it takes me longer to reach orgasm during sex and masturbation—though that’s actually more of a positive than a negative.
58 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004,

sensory function is the last to recover from an opt. you will be fine, it's going to be better each day, Give it that year! you'll see when you least expect it.
71 years now,Ed twenty years. A sever break to penis, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, exhausted, I tossed in my towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE,yep standard size, happily gained girth and length,.. stay hwp!

See my other post about ,coq10 potentially helping w sensation. Yes mostly back after a year
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I’m at 11 months, and sensation and orgasm continue to improve, and were not great at first. It takes take, sometimes a lot of it.

Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.4”C

Post-op: 8.9” L and 6.2” C at 10 months

Hard to say, I was struggling with orgasms off and on for years before implant. Seems to come and go. I think it’s a natural part of aging also
