Hate to contribute to negative news here since overall this procedure is highly favorable, but it appears I will need a revision. At 4 mos AMS 700 won’t hold inflation. Tried holding deflate button and reinitiating with firm squeeze 3-4 times. Nada. My high volume Boston Scientific surgeon out of town 3 more weeks. Apparently no NP or MD colleague can evaluate. Thinking of seeing a different surgeon. Considering 4 hr drive to Atlanta for Hakky vs finding someone at an academic health center locally. Hakky gets extensive praise here. Any significant negatives connected to Atlanta travel or other logistics?

Don’t say where you’re from but Clavell in Houston should be a consideration. Not sure how caught up he is on surgeries but thinking he’s pretty short wait times

Hakky’s office is just over a one hour drive for me. I was there yesterday to see his PA for a follow up appointment. Tuesday’s are usually all day surgery days for Hakky, so I didn’t see him, but you will like him and the entire staff. He would be an excellent choice to evaluate your situation if you can’t see your preferred surgeon.

I always try to get mid-day appointments to avoid Atlanta’s AM and PM rush hours as much as possible. Atlanta will always have traffic. The parking deck is attached to his building, so covered parking and just walk in to the elevator.

Dr. Hakky is an exceptional IPP surgeon.
He prefers Rigicon and Coloplast products. He’s the most friendly implanter.

Hakky is an amazing dude. Hell go out of his way to take care of a patient. Just tell him your concerns including size loss and hell get you in asap. Hes meticulous and doesnt overbook his surgeries on purpose. Clinic may seem like a wait as he spends a good amt of time with his patients. As long as hes around, hes the only one touching my junk.
