Elbow, I think he’s right. You have forgotten Newton’s
Third Law of Personal Dynamics:

(PD)^2= TPP

Where PD = Personal Desire and TPP = Transmutative Physical Properties. In other words, if you wish something really really hard, you can transcend the laws of physics!

Whatevery,

To be honest, I don’t think anyone particularly cares what *you* think. You can be incorrect in your head all you want. The problem is that you come on here and speak authoritatively about something you appear to know nothing about. Your opinion isn’t grounded in science, you don’t engage with the scientific literature on the matter at all. It’s not grounded in expert opinion, the leading doctors and even AMS are all pretty uniform in saying that while an LGX or other IPP may lead to recovery of your pre-implant length, it’s not going to grow your penis beyond the size it is when implanted. And it’s also not even grounded in personal experience. I’m not sure that personal experience counts for all that much compared to scientific evidence, but in one of the weirdest ironies, you continually attack people for not having an LGX when you yourself are not implanted at all. Now, let’s be clear: being implanted has *absolutely nothing to do* with contributing to a discussion of the physical properties of an object. Nothing at all! But in some weird twisted way you are trying to convince the world that *your desire* for a particular brand of IPP makes you a more reliable opinion than the very large number of expert doctors and researchers that have devoted their lives to studying this.

That’s pretty insane.

Guys like Elbow are here to help brothers get reliable info on a serious condition, where because of the stigma of ED it is very, very hard to get reliable information. Brothers here disagree about things from time to time. Rider and I had a disagreement, we worked through it. We are not always going to agree on everything.

But you are different. You are just a source of misinformation. You are a crackpot. I’ll again state that it doesn’t give me any joy to be harsh, but it has to be said.

You have a great handle, by the way. Very evocative.

You're right, whatever Leto. In relation to you it's definitely whatever. Whatever you say I do is actually what you do yourself, i.e. spread misinformation about something that you know nothing about for the reasons that I can only suspect of. I'm pretty sure I know why this topic is so important to you and it has nothing to do with truth telling. There were ample examples in the past that people with actual life experience with LGX tried to argue with you and you would just brash them off because you just know better.

To argue with you is pointless. I said what I had to say. I pointed to what I had to point. I linked to where I thought I had to link. There is nothing more to add. I'm nobody's mama. If after that people still want to believe your gibberish - it's their choice.

I bookmarked this exchange as I should've done with our earlier exchanges where members who were actually implanted with LGX tried to convince you that what you're asserting was wrong based on their own first hand experience, some even pointed to studies that you yourself sited to back up their claims. It was all futile. You'd just brush them off and keep on spewing your falsehoods for the reasons that I can only guess.

From now on every time somebody asks about whether LGX can increase one's penile length I'd just point them to here so I don't have to argue with you. Whatever 100%. In relation to you I picked an ultimate handle indeed.

I had the cx 700 24 cm with 2 cm rt extenders put in a little over 4 yrs ago..I gained both ways. And trust me I'm not dreaming..the wife didn't like the extra length.. :D

Did you gain since surgery, or gain over your max length as a young man with good erections. My thesis is that the former is very common and normal, the latter is *very* rare (I won’t say impossible because everybody’s different).

I personally went from 8” post-op to around 8.9” 10 months later. But that’s less than my 9.25” max as a young man. I think my results are excellent and typical with very aggressive cycling.

Buckbuff, I'm not putting anything you say in doubt, since I too heard of cases when people with girth expanding implants also increase in length. In relation to Elbow and Leto however it sure is weird.

Just think about it. Here you have people readily accepting the assertion of the length gain by an implant known as a girth expanding implant only, while fighting tooth and nail any claim that an implant whose sole purpose is length expansion would usually expand your penile length.

I just invite everybody who is thinking of implanting themselves with LGX to ponder this when considering their choices, and remember there are always reasons for any assertion, no matter how absurd they might sound. Just remember LGX would usually regain you only up to what you lost as a result of your penile atrophy but not more.

Also note that no LGX recipient dares to participate in this conversation. I communicate with many of them via PM and they all say that it's because they tried to argue with those guys before, many by providing their own examples, and found it to be pointless.

Whatevery, I agree..it is different from what I've read. But I think the reason I'm having more loss of sensation is because of recent gain in girth?

You are misrepresenting my position entirely. I think post-op gains with ALL implants, LGX included, are possible. What I don’t think is possible with any implant, LGX included, is expansion beyond your maximum natural pre-op size.

I'm truly am a wrong person to ask. Still I made an AI search "is it possible to lose sensation due to gain of girth penile implantation post-op" and got:

Yes, it is possible to experience temporary or localized changes in sensation after a penile implant procedure, but a permanent or total loss of sensation is rare.

What to Expect After Surgery

Temporary Numbness: Swelling, healing tissue, and incisions can cause mild numbness, a "pins and needles" sensation, or a dull feeling around the surgical site.

Nerve Protection: Standard surgical approaches place the device away from the main dorsal nerves responsible for sensation, helping protect normal feeling.

Recovery Time: Most minor or temporary sensory changes improve on their own within a few weeks to several months as internal inflammation subsides.

Girth and Sizing: While standard penile prostheses restore rigidity and can provide a natural increase compared to a non-erect state, specialized procedures or grafts aimed at significant extra girth enhancement carry a slightly higher risk of localized nerve stretching or temporary sensory alteration.

Take it for what it's worth.

I'm not misrepresenting your position at all. I just consider it to be erroneous.

All implants including LGX, but to a more limited extent, can expand your penile girth. All implants would indeed customarily expand your penile length up to your natural pre-op size, but could also expand your penile length farther with each revision.
LGX on the other hand can expand your penile length up to your natural pre-atrophy size following your first placement (see the difference?), in fact even (God forbid!) beyond.

If you have any issues with what I’m saying take it up with your surgeon. LGX is the only IPP I’m considering and, if I go that route, he would be the one placing it. Most of my information and conclusions come from him and from other LGX recipients as well as from Boston Scientific website. Our last conversation focused specifically on LGX and what should be my realistic expectations in terms of likely penile length gain and likely penile girth loss.

In my case I don’t mind losing a bit of girth actually. I hope that it would finally allow me to enjoy oral sex from more than 30% of the women that I know, as it is now.
