First and always: Do what your doctor tells you. I'm not a doctor.

Second: My doctor had me tug down on the pump a little every time I had to pee. It was a way of reminding me to do it frequently enough, not a necessary step to void. :) The key word was "gentle" as he discussed it with me.

He told me to be very gentle, just tug a little. Nothing hard and no need to move it far. The end result for me was that the pump sits pretty much directly between my nuts and hangs a little lower than each. If my sack is loose, it's pretty clear that I have 3 bulges in there, which I personally don't like. I'd like the pump to be more behind my testicles, rather than between or in front, and perhaps not quite so low as they are. So I may have tugged too much. But I still love the overall result and the implant is terrific. I'm splitting hairs here (or nuts). :)

Your situation will be different as we're different people. Do what you surgeon tells you, but ask for clarification if you need. In your situation, I'd discuss it with my doctor right away.

Best wishes,

Be gentle, I got too aggressive with mine and ended up with a big hematoma and scar tissue that took months to resolve. Don’t be like me.

Follow your surgeon's instructions. But, what worked and does work for me is to gently pull down on the pump so you won't create scar tissue around it where it won't be able to be moved down a bit. I do this by massaging my balls and especially the area around the pump first and always in a hot shower....warm water helps massage the tissues and makes it easier for you to manipulate. Also, you are only 10 days out of surgery so you are still super swollen and that's probably why it's uncomfortable.

Call the doctor to discuss. Mine did a big pull down on my follow up. Then I would pull down a couple of times a day. It's kinda like pull the cord on a shade (but not as long)
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.
