I Might Have Maxxed Out Titan

So there are several men here that have reached flat bulb.
There is a top off procedure where more fluid can be added.
I am thinking about it. Who’s thinking about it OR have already had it done?

I try to stay away from the OR and associated risks as much as possible. I currently have a flat bulb and a penis that gets hard enough it gets sore in a few minutes if I pump to that flat bulb. So I see zero point in adding fluid. If something changes and I can pump to a flat bulb and the implant is unable to reach satisfying harness, then I would consider a top off.

I spoke to Hakky’s office, they suggested I make an appointment to get everything checked out. I already had an appt on the 21 for pre-op for Hakky to perform the Rezum procedure for BPH, so I asked if we could just tack this evaluation on to that so I don’t have to drive 70 miles each way to Atlanta twice. They said that’s fine if I’m comfortable waiting that long.

The implant is working great, no issues at all except the pump going flat if I pump to absolute bulb-crushing max, which makes my dick sore anyway so I don’t do it. I think this is a non-issue for the foreseeable future, but if anything changes I'll call back and get in asap before the 21st.

Yesterday I went to see Hakky for the pre-op for my Rezum BPH procedure. I brought up the flat pump situation while I was there.

He agreed it was not a sevice failure, but rather Inwas running out of fluid in the reservoir. He said he could do a quick procedure to add fluid, easy with the tubing location I had.

After further discussion he agreed that, because I still get super hard and the flat pump only occurs at absolute max inflation where I get almost immediately sore, that we would wait. If I stretch moreand it gets to the point where I'm losing rigidity, then we'll consider topping off the fluid.

As an aside, he was surprised that even with the 28cm Titan I would max out the 130ml fluid he gave me this soon after surgery.
