I'd like to step in for Turkey here. I spent few months in Turkey and I found Turks to be largely "suspiciously" European/caucasian looking Moreover Turks were incredibly warm and friendly and helpful to foreigners

Got to step in for this. Without going too much into it, Turks may look caucasian but theyre really not. Yes, I'm sure many Turks are inviting to foreigners but that "hospitality" is driven by Euros/dollars.

Turkey is not a third world country by any means. It's a place rather comparable to Greece (I'm gonna get killed for that comparrison

But its definitely not a 1st world given its huge unemployment like unemployment in Italy.

I read about botched penile implantations in Turkey. I also read a lot about too many botched penile implantations in the US, in the UK, in Australia, etc. Getting an implant is a risk man.

It boggles the mind how some people suggest travel to turkey, the world capital of scammed surgeries, a place smart people never recommend going. Thats like telling live chickens to visit KFC.

Now, if you were to go to Egypt I'd be more careful there, As for Turkey I found it to be safe and easy.

So Egypt, a muslim neighbor of Turkey, is safe, but not Turkey.... smfh @ that logic.

Be very careful about putting too much stake into what you read on internet forums. People who write on forums would often be the few with negative experiences which could happen anywhere.

Try to ensure that spending your savings on the implant actually make sense for you and isn't part of some desperate emotional outburst.

Now that I truly agree. But although pills work, they work during sleep and throughout the night - not ideal for sex unless your gf/wife is insomniac. Injections have caused structural damage and as a result, I COMPLETELY REFUSE to use them again. My doc suggested using VED. Maybe thats something I'll look into as long as it doesnt cause any structural damage. The thing I dont like about it is use of a cock ring which is visible to your gf/wife, causing a potential source of embarrassed explanation. Other than that, the implant seems ideal. Let me know what you think of this.

The implant all it itself wouldn't ensure your popularity with women.

Who says?? The alternative to not getting an implant is not being able to enjoy women, creating a void of depression. Implant serves to restore confidence both mental and sexual which increases popularity with women thus increasing quality of life.

There are good and bad doctors in Turkey just like in the United States.

Hi discovernew, funny you asked, one hour ago just had morning PIV with both climax. cowgirl and doggy. yes brother, natural size still some to go, natural engorgement yes but of course limited. My man, you never traveled, let alone to Europe or Africa based on how you express yourself. You're believing in that bs from Reddit. Just so you know, Dr. Kambiz Tajkarimi is one of the best implanters in the world and is from Iran. Turkey has too many scams and botched surgeries to trust it. Just cuz youre Turkish shouldnt prevent the forum from discussing the truth.

I wouldn't go to any 3rd world country for an implant. USA, Canada, Germany, UK are OK. Anything else is a mostly a gamble. If I were to choose a little experience doctor in the US or an experienced doctor in Turkey, I would go with the US one.

Facts!!! This should really make common sense big time, especially in a penile implant forum where safety should always be top priority.
