I've been told by a high volume implanter (& coloplast + BS center of excellence) in the MENA region that "rigicon infla is a piece of crap and only install them so steven wilson won't be pissed off"...ofcourse he was pushing coloplast...and told me that from 2018-2025 he installed over 6k titans and none of them malfunctioned (bullshit ofcourse)...he is one of steven wilson's "sons"....anyways it's true from anecdotes here on the site, pms whether on whatsapp, discord or reddit...inflas bust almost always in the first couple of years...it's crappier than the already crappy titans and AMSs.
Rigicon gives lifetime warranty for a reason...because they give you plastic crap..they don't care if they will give you 10 devices...they will still make a fortune...and they know for sure that you will give up and switch to another brand in the 2nd or 3rd revision.

Beware from a german dog called chris1967...he will come barking and reciting rigicon's brochure out loud.

There are guys here who've had the rigicon done state great things about it. I really dont think a company would risk its reputation plus legal ramifications on something as delicate as a man's private parts, imho.

I'm not here to defend any company or product, so please don't think I'm doing that at all.

What do you ultimately suggest for a specific implant? I really want one.

You are welcome man. I would not say not safe. It is a medical intervention like a knee replacement or a prosthetic heart valve. When a patient needs it, he is offered the intervention as there is no way around it. However, it is a blessing to have an intervention that I consider not only restores a function but also saves lives. Fifty years ago, not so far, a man with ED was left with a bullet, a harsh reality. Now we are blessed. I am not denying that. The mere fact that we are still living because there is hope and it is actually effective is a blessing. Also for the record, the first one to describe intracavernosal implantation for restoring sexual function is Dr. Gamal Behiry at Cairo University. That is where I am from. So the concept and the intervention itself is not only a life saver for me but a source of pride, like how Italians feel proud about their pizza. If anyone would describe how great this invention is, it would be me. I bash the current paradigm and commercialization of a medical intervention. Sure communism is a far fetched utopia that I am not a fan of, but to publish numbers that are not true, to lie as a physician who has made the Hippocratic oath, to trade with men contemplating suicide, to make the interest of the companies above that of the patients is just a fraud. Propagating false facts, kissing up to the beneficiaries, tolerating mechanical failures to that extent is just despicable and above all leaves no room for actual improvement.

With the presence of a deluded, ass kissing cult, you bet companies might be even working on less durable devices by now. Legal ramifications is what I hope for, but not with the presence of pigs you see everyday on FT.

If you tolerate the downsides of a malleable, go for it, given that your dick is not obviously big, because you might risk losing vertical rigidity and resistance, and it would be more or less floppy. But still I have seen lots of guys with big dicks and stable malleables. Outcome is somewhat unpredictable with big dicks.

​If you do not tolerate downsides of a malleable, go for IPPs, but you will have to come to terms with their poor durability, or at least their unpredictable durability. If you got a big dick, especially in girth, go for a Titan. The pump is better than that of AMS, either MS or Tenacio. If you got a just above average one and below, go for AMS, as otherwise you might be risking dog ears, which is a serious issue. It is not a cosmetic thing, but rather a risk to the tissues getting pressure points.

​That is in summary...there's ofcourse more to it..above all make sure your ED is refractory and won't be workable with pills... I am going to PM you my private account.
