Does anyone miss their pre-op softie?

Just posted this on Reddit and got some interesting responses: I'm not joking, and this isn't about getting cold feet or the possibility of regretting the surgery. I'm T-minus-24 days before I get my Titan from Dr. Hakky in Atlanta. I'm not nervous or scared, not having second thoughts. I'm ready. But I've also been sitting here flopping my softie around, squeezing it, tugging it, all the things that won't feel the same later. Will I miss him? I'm looking forward to him not shriveling up in the cold, and I'm really looking forward to hime not being a softie ALMOST all the time. I'm very ready for my bone to be back, the hell with whatever size I'll be or anything else. I've heard a few comments about the flaccid feel after the implant. I've felt one, and it's a lot different than what I'm used to. Either way, I'm not changing my mind, but I am curious. Any thoughts?

Absolutely not, in fact the complete opposite. Flaccid has almost doubled in size and it feels great. As a former grower with not much happening the difference for me has been astounding. I've actually started adding a few pumps when flaccid. My dick hangs better and seems easier to stow.
Sure, if you go poking around looking for differences you'll find implant components, e.g. the tips, which are quite firm.
The main difference for me is that the size difference between flaccid and erect is much less. It gets very hard but less growth than before.
99% of the time I'm unaware that I have an implant. Just enjoy it, you will get used to it and I'm sure you'll love it.

Nope. Rigicon feels natural. Flaccid now hangs at 6-6.5 inches. Glans looks better too as its better supported. Its just a bigger flaccid

I have to agree with the other posters, my early initial findings are as they say. Day 14 for me, I’ve begun cycling daily, 2-3+times, because I read that this can help to settle in/expand your cylinders. Also use vs. Non-use (cycling I mean, not approved for take-off until hopefully next week) is encouraged, I understand.
So no, Johnny3nutz here doesn’t miss his softie, and my new softie is a semi-softie anyway.

Thanks as always, LGX. I've always been into body modification (tattoos, piercing, foreskin restoration, nipple enlargement, ball stretching, etc.) so having something on my body change from what it was is not a foreign concept. And of course I won't refuse the chance to be more of a shower. From the responses here and Reddit, it just seems like one more thing to adapt to as I heal.

Good things to know! Currently I'm ~7" erect, ~4" flaccid (give or mostly take depending on cold), and I certainly wouldn't mind losing the give or take part and being more consistent with the flaccid size (plus the gain, of course.) I'll embrace the change either way.

I love the "new" flaccid size I have now. I guess due to age and ED, there were days where I thought my dick about to shrink away. Looked like I pulled it out outside when the temp way below freezing. Now, I have an ≈ 5 1/4 inch flaccid (6 1/8 inflated) and I'm quite happy with that flaccid hang. The only downside I've experienced is my glans became super sensitive to movement against my underwear in an irritating way (I'm circumcised), and I've changed to a different brand that fits tighter to minimize the irritation. I'm 9 months out and I hope that irritation will diminish with time. Other than that, nope, I don't miss my pre-op softie!
