But remember a 22 cm fully inflated device is not the same as a 24 cm device. Stability may be better. For a surgeon like hakky, he almost always upsizes with revisions. His measurements distally and proximally probably matter too. But the human body is also modifiable and plastic even. Traction does work to an extent. And in the long run, as we age, those of us implanted probably retain our length better or maybe gain some than those without one. So a win win for me.

Sort of. Some of it gets absorbed and some of it remains. It can be dissolved with an injection if you dont like the result, which i think is a great thing (you cannot dissolve fat for example)

The hyaluronic acid is not. Just started bellafill so it can be permanent. Ha lasts for years though. Goal is to have girth stay between 6.5-7 permanently. Reasonable since i started at 6. Fillers up to an inch maybe inch and a half past baseline still look good. It doesnt look that good if baselines like 4.5 inches and goal is to get to 7

Search up the guy who hakky did auxetic on. Hes been active recently. He posts about how implants make you larger. Tjsomething it was a bunch of letters. Then there was a guy who did a bunch of hanging exercises with an ipp using a vacuum system essentially stretching his dick to 8 inches.

Hakky tells me for sure ill need a bigger cylinder on revision. Hes done several auxetic surgeries. If he thinks im a good candidate for it during revision, may ask him to do it. Wife may just tell me not too. So far shes enjoyed the filler

A brand-new 2026 long-term cohort of 223 men found that fully inflated penile length at an average of ~49 months was 1.28 cm longer than the fully inflated measurement at implantation. Using a 0.5-cm threshold, 70% increased, 25.6% were stable, and only 4.5% decreased. That’s actual measured external penile length, not cylinder size. The authors were careful not to claim the implant caused cosmetic lengthening because of the retrospective design and measurement limitations.

I think personally, there is potential for growth. Not that you keep on growing, but an ipp with an aggressive surgeon will certainly max out your potential.

You keep confirming what i am saying, you are quoting a study of "primary inflatable penile prosthesis ", that means a virgin case, not about revision with a bigger implant.
