Hi guys, Just curious, what kind of underwear do you use after the implant? Personally I don't like boxers under any circumstances and I dont like boxer briefs. So I wear briefs and trunks and was wondering if wearing them does any harm to the implanted penis, before the implant penis was more pliable but with the implants it's a little more bulk. What do you think??

Re: Underwear
After wearing boxers most of my life, I found briefs to be more comfortable after the implant.

Re: Underwear
Sandy,
I was implanted with a malleable in 2002 so my views might be somewhat out of date but...I went through months of trying to find underwear that was comfortable and would hide the implant. I tried anything and everything, even home modified. My conclusion is that what works for me might not work for you but that there are some common concerns/issues. After I was implanted I had a full time erection and there wasn't really anywhere to put it. The sales pitch said "bend up for use, down for storage", well that might have worked for someone else but it didn't work for me. Obviously the person who wrote the sales pitch didn't have a malleable implant. Bent down it was like i was balancing on the tip of my penis with all my body weight...IT HURT. To this day i can't store it that way. For day to day when my outerwear is jeans I tend to wear undersized briefs and my penis pointing up to the northeast. It hides fairly well and is reasonably comfortable. If I'm wearing Dockers I'm inclined to wear a women's panty girdle, with the package pointing due east, it holds things in and doesn't have a pouch for things to migrate into at odd angles which is somewhere between really uncomfortable and downright painful.
As I was telling another member of this site in a PM earlier today, we tend to be overly sensitive to bulges in our pants. Maybe we should be proud.
Anyone should feel free to contact me via PM if you have further questions and don't want to discuss them on an open forum.

Re: Underwear
I got implanted 2.5 years ago, wear hanes lowrise sport briefs very comfortable ,have worn them sence day one.
Re: Underwear
I started wearing boxers (first 5 months) Then I started getting numbness and swelling on the one side near the head from from the rubbing. Now I wear adidas climacool 360 sports boxer briefs very comfortable. The hanes low rise sport briefs look comfortable think I'll try them. You kinda have to waste money trying different underwear until you find one you find comfortable.
Re: Underwear
Here is a link to some Jockey Pouch briefs that I wear. They have a nice pouch for the triplets! During the healing period they hold you up and after that, very comfortable.

Re: Underwear
I use the Aussiebum wonderjock brief they have an inside pouch that supports the 3 in a bag and takes away any of the drag feeling and they still have enough room to accommodate your boy either on his side or straight up. You will find them on the web. Check out the wonderjock.its the best and they look real cool too

Re: Underwear
I wish I would have had these during recovery. I am 45 days now and not only do the help hide the fact it needs to be verticle, it also helped greatly with the swelling. Great site to find different brands, but this is the type that works well. Good luck!
