lol. I tell you what - come on over, no surgery, I’ll tape a dildo to your groin. I’ll only charge you half as much as an implant, too!
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Maybe I’m tired right now, but I don’t even know if I can conceive of a mechanical model of this. Like an exoskeleton for your penis? Probably super uncomfortable for your partner, and that’s not even considering the functional possibility of such a device.
42. Implanted by Dr. Kramer, July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

With a neural interface you might not even need any implant or even stimulation. Decide to have an orgasm and have the implant stimulate it right into your brain.
