Photo Journal: Titan Day 2

Postby Bearskin777 » Wed Oct 21, 2026 5:45 pm

Hi guys.

The pain took a mild turn today, a little more discomfort, mostly just around the reservoir. I know not to lift over 4 lbs, but getting in and out of bed and on and off the toilet SUCKS! The whole contact zone around the reservoir and down into my groin (I suppose the tubing) burns like hell. I need to poop! Stool softenr hasn't worked yet, and couldn't manage an enema because of the twist involved and pressure on the reservoir. My husband is going to have to help. So goes my dignity!

In other news, the stuff I kin d of expected: I took off the dressing last night, way early, because it had gotten soaked in urine and I didn't want that getting to the sutures. WHOA! My scrotum! It's the size of a cantaloupe, and now I'm purple from my pubes to the top of my asscrack! I found the "snakebites" where they feed the little guide threads down through my glans. Speaking of my dickhead, I'm happy happy happy to report that I have magnificent glans sensitivity!!! Maybe more than before? Bad timing, but I'm horny AF today! Anything that touches sends me into orbit in a pleasant way. I've experienced 3 or 4 non-Titan erections around the device. I can sit here and watch it swell and see the glans engorge, and the feeling is incredible. I haven't heard anyone else mention this. Maybe it's a phantom sensation.

Anyway, as much as I was trying to avoid frustration, I know this isn't a pleasant thing to recover from and I have to accept that I will hit some rough patches. Deal with them, get through it, and have aaaaalllll the fun on the other side.

All things considered………..that was a positive report. And it seems your sense of humor was unaffected by the surgery.

Wow!! That’s some uncomfortable looking swelling. I was fortunate that I had almost zero swelling and only one tiny bruise the size of a nickel. Clavell prides himself in saying he takes xtra time to stop all the little tiny bleeders as he works and it results in very little swelling. I’ve definitely seen worse on here though and it will go away with time. Lay around a lot and ice as long as your swelling. Get up and move around every 2-3 hours to keep blood circulating. Go slow and easy. This is one of the most difficult times of the surgery. I had to roll over almost onto my stomach to get out of bed the first couple weeks as my reservoir was very tender also. Used one of those fleet enemas every time I had a BM. They do wonders! Hang in there it’s all a waiting game now.

Thanks Rider. Amazing that you had so little swelling. That part isn't uncomfortable except I'm not used to the weight of it and have to remember to give it some support walking around and a cushion under it helps while in bed. Getting outside for the trip to the doc office is going to be awkward. Icing definitely helps. I'm being as lazy as I can. And I finally had bathroom success and the enema did the trick. I feel much more human now!

Haha! Christmas... Thanks my friend. Yeah it isn't horrible, just a change from how easy day one was. Nothing I haven't been through before, just a different body part this time.
