Well the pre-op went great today! No major issues. Went to the hospital and pre-registered, so to speak. My wife went with me to the appointment and got to meet Dr. Karpman. Had a fun time talking with him and he answered all my questions as I remembered them. He will leave me 60% inflated for a week and then have me cycle as much as I can after that. Baths will start on Friday and I will attempt to keep the pump at the bottom of the scrotum then as well.

I already dropped off the prescription for pain pills and we will pick them up on the way to the hospital. No food or drinks past midnight. Other than that...good to go!!!

Honestly excited to get this done. It's about damn time to move on with my life!!

Good luck hammer:-) this shits hurts so don't be shy for the first week. I took the a lot days 1-3 then tapered down by day seven. Xanax helps a lot for sleep during the first miserable week. Best always. Btw day 19 and the majority of the pain is gone. The gland is still sensitive and of course the pump. I have more or less figured the pump and release valve out without docs help for activation. I had sex once already and Jo twice. The only thing I don't love is the flatness of the penis. Maybe the circumference of the cylinders is a bit small? Idk. Hard as a rock but flatter than original. I have the Titan but I have never heard anyone else mentioning this. I will try to see the doc and find out what circumference the cylinders are.

Hammer don't forget to ask for the 6 day med pak that will help considerably with the pain and swelling Methyprednisolone 4mg. also get at least 160 (two tubes) of arnica tabs. I suggest the 6 to 1 strength the doc would probably say the 30 to 1. He would also probably say take 2 every four hours but I am telling you to eat them like candy. They can't hurt you they are a plant and they help considerably with swelling and especially bruising. Keep us posted. Also organic pineapple juice promotes wound healing. Best of luck.

At Los gatos hospital now. All hooked up and just playing the waiting game now. Everyone here has been fantastic!! I've already seen Dr. Karpman, and just waiting on the anesthesiologist now. So far so good! Nervous as hell, but I can't wait for a month from now.

Hello! Hebrew's wife here... He made it out of surgery great and is now the proud owner of an AMS-LGX 700! Dr. Karpman was very happy with how things went during surgery, and with a big smile on his face told me, "He is going to be very happy with the results!" (I think I will be happy too!)

Hello all! Doing pretty well actually. My only major pain right now is the motherfucking catheter that sends a shockwave of pain through the tip of my cock every time I move. General soreness at the base of my cock on either side where the corporas were cut I am guessing, it's actually more of a tightness if that makes sense. Minimal abdominal pain, and no pain at all in my scrotum. My ass is uncomfortable because it is asleep I think, lol. Really so far not so bad. Dr. Karpman ended up placing an AMS 700 LGX in me oddly enough. Ended up being 18 plus 3 cm RTE. With expansion I am guesstimating I will end up with a cock that is about 7" long. Yay!!!! I dreaded the thought of the doc pulling the fucking catheter out but it was quick with very little pain. The pain and burning come when you try to pee for the next seven days. Hang tough the ride will get a little bumpy and try to sleep like Zac says which I found next to impossible without the Xanax. In a 3-4 weeks I would like to know if you find your dick more oval and flatter than original. Oh I'm taking my meds to be safe. Even when it was wearing off though no major pain save for the catheter....stupid fucking catheter. Major tightness and I can feel the RTEs and inflated cylinder deep inside. Not painful, just uncomfortable.

The LGX has a length expansion aspect to it of approximately 20%. In other words if a 20cm one is placed in it will end up being 24 cm, after time and full expansion. That is not what I have though. I have an 18 cm one which can expand to 21.6 cm plus 3 cm worth of RTEs bringing the total to 24.6 cm. Factoring in the fact that on average 2/3rds of the implant is external results in an exterior length of 16.4 cm. This translates to 6.46 inches. Factor in another half inch for the remainder of the head/glans, and there you go
