stkman here,
hey fellas. Just wanted you to know what been going on since I joined the Brotherhood on 12/12.
Day 6 Obsevations:
Still feel a twinge near my scrotum where the bulb is. It is located on the right side and is still tender to touch. Went out today for the first day to do holiday shopping. I dropped a sweater and it took several attempts to bend down to get it. Nice young lady attempted to help me but I declined (sweet). I didn't know if I was looking pathetic but she hovered nearby until I got it. But I did!! (yaaayyy me!!!)
If you don't have anyone to take inventory for you buy a mirror and invest in some "me time" Take time out and see what was done, how it was done and how it it doing. I know the incision in my scrotum was done horizontally. Also that my erection is listing slightly to the left but if I manipulate it is dead center it stays put. Also no more spotting and looks like the sutures did their job.
I had to cup my hand over the "three Amigos to lessen the feeling of heaviness coming from there when I take off my jock strap to bathe. Felt like the bag was going to burst because of too many groceries. Today was the first day I felt like I could do this without cupping. And I did but briefly. No use pushing things trying to be Macho Man, Randy Savage (oooo yeeaaahh).
Lastly because of the lack of swelling I've had, heat has become my friend, I have a pad that I place near the bulb and the heat feels wonderful. The bulb pain seems to subside and I'm able to sleep through the night.
So that's it. I am here to answer any questions and give/take any advise. The more we share, the more we learn.

Hey stkman thanks for your reply on ice. Actually I did have a fair amount of swelling. My biggest thing is the bruising. My scrotum and penis are both a deep purple. Almost black. I am getting almost no spotting and didn't from the beginning. As I am built on the short side, penis wise, ti sure looks funny. URO took a look at the hospital just before he left. Said it looked fine. Right now I have no desire to go out. I did walk up my driveway to the mail box this morning. Did find with that. I no longer have the sharp pain when urinating. All night last night I did. Kind of makes you sweat. lol
I'll keep watching your posts here and look forward to the time I can say day 6. (or 8 or 12)

I am sure it will. It's just a small concern at this point. I did do as you suggested and got a mirror and took a peak from down under. Don't look bad there. I did notice that my incision is up and down. Guess that makes it opposit yours. I put on looser underwear this morning and so far it feels a little better. My only fear is that when I sit down I'll sit on one of the guys or as you said one of the three amigos. lol
I made a comment this morning to my wife that I feel all dragged out or tired all of the time. She reminded me of my age. Why do they do that.

Stkman & Charlie you are both on course for a normal recovery and you sound like you are coping exceptionally well. Each of us has slight variations as you have identified but all sounds similar to what we have all experienced so your next week and the week after will come and you will be pumping in no time and then that is followed by constant practice to perfect your ability to fuck for hours on end and give amazing pleasure to you and your partners. Sorry to tell you this guys but that's just how it is going to be, so take it like a man.
Proud of you both !!!!

I'm closely following all the recovery comments, both the good ones and the not so good ones. In 32 days (Jan 19th) I will be going in for my implant. My biggest fear is how I will manage the first few days of recovery at home. I live alone and very few people including my family know I'm doing it. I did tell one friend, at least he was, made the comment "your 80 years old....what the f--k do you want that for ?. He's half my age. Told him to remember what he said when he reaches 80."
