Its a year & a half post titan implant. Before surgeryeven though I had ED a lot I was still able to orgasm. The pain at the end of my foreskin is so much & the implant tips rub internally at the head of my penis. With this its almost impossible for me to orgasm. I have had a few only after about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours of sex. I satisfy my girlfriend immensely but she feels so bad that I almost always cant make orgasm 95% of the time. The surgeon wants to do a Distal Penoplasty on me as a second surgery to get the titan centered more but I am worried that a second surgery will render me even less sensitive to orgasm. Please help in your comments so I may make a decision. Thank you so much. Bob

Well my surgeon wants to do a Distal Penoplasty & maybe a full circumcision. I'm very afraid the low sensitivity I now have will be worse after these surgerys. I went to another surgeon & he did a mri of the penis limp & erect. Said there was some leakage but nothing else. I find the ends of the titan at the head press into me so bad that I hardly have any sensitivity there. I can orgasm after an hour to an hour & a half. Needless to say im exhausted at the end. Its a little faster with masturbation. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you, Bob

Its now 2 years & 4 months since my titan implant. Very slowly my penile pain is improving. I am still fighting the pain against orgasm & sometimes the pain is too much & no orgasm & sometimes i can make it to orgasm. My surgeon can't seem to help me & i have seeked 2 other r specialist advice but to no avail. My surgeon wants to do a full circumcision with a Distal Penoplasty. The other two Drs. recommend leaving it alone & not to do that. They both said i'd lose additional sensitivity which is borderline right now. Anyone with any new ideas?

Guarantee you will lose sensitivity if they circumcise. At first it will be sore, then sensitive for a few weeks and then you will lose sensitivity big time. I wish I was NEVER circumcised. I think a better bet would be to switch out for an AMS implant, pump up not as hard or see a better qualified doc in TX, NY, , CA, TN to fix it. Zero doubt in my mind that whacking off some dick skin will not fix it. cutting into the glans skin and tightening thing up from inside maybe. If the tips are touching that does not seem right. I think there must be other issues going on. A number of people here and other forums puts too much pressure from getting fatter and causes issues preventing orgasm. The worst ones had the Titan yanked out and an AMS put in that does not get as fat and had lesser issues. The tips should never about touch. Are you the only implant patient this doc has ever treated? Is he getting his science from utube videos?

The tips of the implant should be confirmed to be in the mid glans of the penis, the cylinders in each corpora and no buckling or folding of the implant (Figure 9). If there is any concern for crossover, the implant should be removed and redilated with a Hagar dilator in the presumably normal corpora.

12/18/14 angelbob posts that the tips of the implants touch each other in the glans. Read the surgical training instruction I copied and pasted. If they do not line up right the tubes should be pulled back out , cavernosa reprobed and then put back in. It sounds very much like the tubes were not correctly installed to start with. That is my point. Please read the entire thread. It is not long. d
