Can you use a vacuum pump after surgery penile implant ?

Postby esperanza » Wed Jan 07, 2015 11:20 am

Hello,

I saw that when blood doesn´t irrigate well the penis , the glans loses color, size , loses sensitivity and soft. I imagine that once the prosthesis implanted the glans is very difficult to get blood. For this reason I ask if you can use a vacuum pump to irrigate the glans of blood once the prosthesis implanted .

Thank you very much in advance and sorry for if you do not understand something right because i cant write in English

There are some that use the vacuum pump, but I am unaware of any research on it. I have been told by doctors not to use it, and frankly I see no reason to.

By day 8 after surgery, or the time I started pumping I had engorgement in the head and in the corporas. But I am 35 and healed pretty well after surgery. Everyone is different.

That said I have great sensation a month out, though it's still tender at full pump, but that's normal for a few months to a year as the pseudo capsule is broken and the penile tissues stretch a bit.

Your English is great, no worries.

thank you very much for responding.

To see if more people reply to draw conclusions from it.
With the vacuum pump you regain the pre- surgery penis size?

I used a text translator to translate this text.
