Problem with Ejaculation

I've had my implant in place for a couple of months (cleared for sex, etc.). I've attempted sexual intercourse six or seven times, but have been unable to ejaculate each time. No problem with ejaculation with BJs and HJs. Anyone have this problem or offer any advice? My wife says it's all in my head. Thanks.

Interesting phenomenon. I am two weeks post surgery today so I am very interested in this topic as I get closer to my activation date. I must say that I was very curious about the implant's impact on my ability to ejaculate (how would it affect my sensation, would it feel the same, etc.). I was so curious about this that I attempted masturbation 6 days after my surgery. Man, my orgasm was amazing! It was much more intense than my pre-implant orgasms. My ejaculation was explosive. Was this anyone else's experience? Obviously, I was pleased with this result. However, since I am now 4 weeks from being given the green light for intercourse I, too, am curious as to whether I will experience problems ejaculating in association with intercourse.
