Coloplast vs AMS?

Anyone know the difference? Rumor has it Coloplast is designed for the larger guys 6.5" or more) and that they are in the pockets of the doctors ($$$$$$$$). The high volume docs, in other words, are on their payroll.

Does anyone here know the true difference?
